This report uncovers surprising findings into millennials behavior before the point of purchase and exposes the reference points used to help make a final decision, whether it’s buy, wait or don’t buy.
It also explores the relationship between the high street retailers and shoppers - the results are staggering.
The report is based predominantly on a detailed online survey amongst 1,978 people. Respondents were required to be between 16 and 34 years old and have purchased an item of clothing costing £15 or more during the 60 days prior to answering the survey.
The combined research has been gathered and compiled over the last 12 months with input from Loughborough University, Nottingham Business School and The University of Gloucestershire.
